Black people have a rich history of farming, cultivating land, and stewarding agricultural traditions across the globe. In the U.S., discriminatory systems and policies contributed to Black farmers losing an estimated 12 to 14 million acres, roughly 90% of the farmland they once owned. We honor this legacy by supporting Black farmers, sharing knowledge, and cultivating future generations of agricultural innovators and stewards.

3% of all seed sales go to supporting Black farmers.

Most importantly we grow ownership, infrastructure, and collective power.

With the soil, we rebuild."
